Official Rules: Submit a digital picture of yourself with your deer to AVC Communications via our website at yourradioplace.com. Each individual who submits a picture of themselves with a buck and fills out the online information blank, will be registered to win a Browning Gold Evolve 12 Ga. Shotgun donated by County Coins, Guns and Collectibles or other available prizes. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Entries will be accepted through Jan 2nd, 2009. After that date the winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries to win the Showcase Prize from County Coins, Guns and Collectibles. Information collected from entrants will not be distributed to any other individual or organization. Anyone can view the County Coins, Guns and Collectibles Showcase without obligation. Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prizes awarded, other than the administration of the Contest or the determination of winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the District of Ohio or the appropriate Ohio State Court ; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
