CAMBRIDGE, Ohio -- An Indiana man has been charged for his role in the disappearance of a Cambridge girl reported missing last week.
Forty-five-year-old Robert Ginsbach of Muncie, Indiana is now facing three felony charges in the Hooiser State following his there arrest last Thursday. According to the Muncie Police Department, the 14-year-old girl was found with Ginbach in their city last Thursday afternoon. She has since been returned to her family. The suspect remains in custody in the Delaware County, Indiana Jail.
The girl reportedly called her family to say she would be staying with a friend on Sunday, June 9. When she didn't return to her residence on Monday, her family filed a missing persons report with the Cambridge Police.
Ginsbach has had several recent brushes with the law in Guernsey County. He was released from the Guernsey County Jail on June 9, where he was being held on misdemeanor charges for violation of a protection order, telephone harassment and criminal trespass.
